It is an accessibility universal (A)

    Explanation:

After studying two different groups from different culture and location about a certain commodity and its level of consumption arrived at the same value and also the reason of the consumption of the said commodity is the same for both groups it can be said that the commodity is universally accessible.

An commodity can exist but might not be accessible to consumers hence when a new research is carried out there might be evidence of differences in consumption levels due to the inaccessibility in some regions. hence from the new research it can be concluded that Alcohol drinking/consumption is an accessibility universal
