    True

While a co-culture is part of a dominant culture, it has certain traits, attitudes, beliefs and values that sets it apart. An example of a co-culture is a French festival in Chicago. This festival might have French food, performances, movies, etc., that are markedly different from American culture, but at the same time it does not contradict or largely differ from American culture.
