What is the function of SETA for post-school learners?

    Answer: The function of SETA is to work towards to the raising of skills, and to bring skills to the employed, or to people who are not employed but who want to be in their sector.

    Explanation: SETA which is an abbreviation for Sector Education and Training Authority is an initiative of the National Skills Development Strategy (NSDS) in South Africa. It facilitates training for out-of-school youth as well as anyone who needs additional skills and further training (post-school).
