Why would a multinational corporation close a factory with a positive attitude toward teade union

    Because in general to give space to unions is to give space to workers, it is to give space for them to protest and be against company attitudes, companies usually don't like workers to have this freedom of protest. As much as companies like to say they want to make space for workers they don't want it, they don't want workers to get in the way.
