    Reliability: Reliability can be described as the efficiency to perform well or to be trustworthy.

    Validity: Validity can be described as the state of being acceptable.

    Percentile system: A percentile system represents a given value under which a given percentage of observation falls.

    Norms Intelligence: Norms intelligence can be described as a test of intelligence from a sample of people.

    Two - factor theory: The two - factor theory states that the job of a person have certain factors which will make it desirable whereas other factors which will be the limiting factor for the job.

    Emotional intelligence: Emotional intelligence can be described as the capability of a person to be aware of his/her emotions and have the power to control or hide the emotions.

    Intelligence Quotient (IQ) : IQ can be described as a score that a person obtains by taking certain intelligence tests.

    Heritability: Heritability is the passing off of genes from parents to offsprings and the variations which arise.

    Cultural Bias: The phenomenon of judging the acts of one's own culture is described as cultural bias.
