Answer: Because there are people who tend to make judgments or associate stereotypes with other people.

    Explanation:

Culture and experiences are part of the development of a human being. According to its development, this will have a perception of the world and the people around it. It is normal for each person to have different ideas and look at the world in a particular way, this is part of the culture and part of the enrichment and learning that we acquire in our daily lives.

Many times people tend to make judgments or label people according to their origin, race or socioeconomic status. It is common to hear people say comments of the type: "People who come from the country are more intelligent", "those types of people are dangerous" and comments like that. Some people simply do not allow others to show themselves as they are and begin to mark stereotypes and judge them according to their beliefs.

One of the reasons why experts in implicit bias recommend that people be friendly to others that come from sources other than yours is because you cannot judge a person by their origin. Each country has a history and the type of experiences that someone has had is no reason to classify that person as bad or dangerous. You learn a lot from people from different backgrounds and with different backgrounds than yours.

When you make friends with a person from different backgrounds, you can see the world from a different perspective and understand many of the situations that are currently happening in the world. It is to look from another window and also clarify present errors.
