    Explanation:

    There has being many views and debates against the government's internet policies in the US. There is a group of people who support this and another one group that opposes it. It is a general assumption that sharing and tracking an individual's internet connections is not a good idea. People feel that their individuality and freedom is being monitored and checked by someone, that is the government officials. Also this enables hacking and other cyber crimes also. On the other hand, some people think that it is a correct way to avoid cyber crimes to a great extent. But making it open to the public paves way for many serious actions and misbehaviour of many people.
