    If an employee were to decide where to safe goods at least three questions can be asked:

    Will the item be accessed frequently? Materials that will be accessed frequently should be best put in a safe to allow the owner the best access to their goods How valuable is the item? A safe is portable and once stolen it may be able to be opened after some effort. If the contents if very expensive or important it is better to keep it in an immobile area. What is the size of the possession. The size of a safe is just so big until switching to a vault become more practical. Larger items should be placed in vaults that are made to manage these items.
