    A lot of value is placed on success and most people gain respect in the society based on their economic achievements. When there is a conflict between goals and means to achieving these goals, some People start engaging in criminal activities such as stealing, embezzlement, or selling of goods in the black market as a means to obtaining money to meet their needs.
