    The three majort muscles are:

    the iliopsoas and rectus femoris flex the hip.

    the quadriceps extend the knee.

    the tibialis anterior is the main dorsiflexor of the foot.

    Beside these muscles, the power of the kick also influenced by the direction of the kick and the positional spot where the feet touch the ball (it would be harder if its closer to the center.
