There is a diversity among the different beings and also inside the different regions, institutions, and countries. As, there are different set of values, perceptions, or we can say a more standardized form of procedures that are required to run a country, company, or any system. But, there are certain factors which acts as more basic or as the principle rules for any system, company, or country because they are the supposed to be the perceptions and ideas on basis of which the different system run and provides a different identity to each of the company and system. And that rules and regulations are then termed as to be the dominant culture inside that company or system. Now, lets say that if there is any individual or any idea that introduces a new way to run the whole mechanism or processes going on then there will be more conflict like situation between the different people or individuals inside that space or system. As the whole new idea may give rise to new terms and concepts leading to a more different form culture. As, this new culture is then termed as the subculture (having the shared set of values). Now, that may bring the differences among the different individuals because they exists in the same space, company, or any region having a specific number of individuals inside it. So, subcultures do flourish and attain a more dominant stage inside the region but it does a lot of efforts by the different individuals and requires some amount of time for the different factors to settle in and make some arrangements in order to have the required position to overcome the different obstacles and gain the dominant place for the for different individuals to be a part of it.
