It can be months before you've closed new customers from a social media campaign

    Explanation:

Through measuring your social media ROI (return on investment), one can be able to know if their efforts on social media are paying off. Return on investment would not always have to be financial but anything that is very important to our brand such as engagement metrics or customer conversions. It is also very important we use top revenue success indicators because in some cases, we might be in a position were it has been a while we closed new customers from social media campaign.
