    Constructivism is a theoretical tradition which conveyed that people tend to develop a certain set of belief based on the their past personal experiences.

    Constructivist tend to see that intersubjective beliefs of what the states experience in the past tend to influence the way people view 'Anarchy'.

    For example, a Country with the history of genocide like Germany will most likely associate every actions that conducted by Hitler as 'anarchy', since the people today do not want to relive that past experience.
