The legal age, according to Arkansas Code 2010 law, up until now, would be 18. There are some exceptions and consequences. Exceptions are if you have GED or finished all your courses early, obtain the required GPAs and extra classes. If you have not, and decide to drop out anyway. Starting after 2 weeks of not showing up to school legally, you can be arrested, detained, put in juvenile hall, put on probation from 6-12 weeks. Cannot obtain a driver's license, work's permit, and such.
