One of the false statement would be 'the majority of them already sure about what's their career path is going to be like.

There are young people who consider their dream career as the job they want but they don't know that they are not yet ready to face it. They would think that it is exciting to be at a workplace already but they do not know that there are more things that are taught in schools so many of them will resign sooner or later because of the difficulty in adjusting in the reality.

The reality is, the majority of young people that just entered the workforce felt like they're entering a whole new world, where the majority of things that they learned at their skills are really unneeded.
