The government doesn't respond to poverty by giving tax money to those in need with an exception of the disabled. A lot of different social groups, including the disabled are getting benefits from taxpayers money in direct and mostly indirect ways, so this statement is false.

It's false. The government especially looks out for the disabled of their country, especially if the person was disabled due to war.
