Bi-cameral consists of two houses like the US Congress which is made up of the Senate and House of Reps and the UK's parliament House of Lords and House of Commons. However Sweden Riksdag is uni-cameral. Unicameral often pass laws faster however they are subject to single party domination and can lead to under representation of certain groups however a Bicameral offers greater abiltiy to debt over proposed laws and plans and is less subject to a single party domination.
