    Financial institutions are not the only ones who can purchase the Treasury Bills. Individuals or companies can also purchase these bonds. Individuals, companies and Financial institutions, all can enjoy the interest amount paid to them on their money which they put them with the bank or the issuer of the Treasury Bond.
