    Veteran's Day is the day when we honor the people who risked their life to protect us. We also honor the people who severed in the U. S. A military. During Veteran's Day we held ceremonies.

    In November 1919, President Wilson proclaims that November 11 as Armistice Day. An act approved on May 13, 1938 made Armistice day a legal holiday. Also the name Armistice Day was changed into Veteran's day. The purpose for Veterans day was to honor the Americas Veterans's Patriotism.
