The 22nd amendment does not put an unreasonable burden on the ability of voters to pick the most qualified person for the presidency. This amendment sets term limitation for the elected president, which will not held office to more than two terms and will not exceed to serve as president for 10 years. Therefore, this amendment does not deprived voter’s rights to choose for their desired president.
