    I think the correct answer would be false. Descriptive research and experimental research do not both generate quantitative and qualitative data to be analyzed by researchers. Descriptive research is used to describe characteristics of a population or phenomenon being studied. It is more on the qualitative data while the experimental research is on the quantitative data.
