I will ask to see the content of the supplement to see if such supplement is certified and who is the authorizing agency, also what are composition of the supplement. after this verification of information, I can now advise the client on supplement, if it is suitable due to the aliment he has. I will need to explain to him that, unless he is been referred by a doctor based on the aliment he has, he shouldnt walk up to a store to get such supplement but before I can give him an answer whether to use such supplement, I need to do some checks on it.
