Science is based on fact, philosophy is not.

    Explanation:

Science is based on facts, and strict experiments, that are re-tested and proven through years of compiled information.

Philosophy is flexible, and arguable, because it does not follow a set of rules. It is not based on facts.

Examples of science: Chemistry, biology, physics, etc.

Examples of philosophy: Metaphysics, value theory, ethics, etc.
