Dr. Sanderson is curious as to whether exposing people to violent video games causes them to be more aggressive.     Explanation:

    Cieling effect could be described as the state where a drug or a substance reaches a maximum effect, till the increase in drug usage does not affect it's effectiveness or how the drug will react any longer. It is also a way of measuring limitation that shows when the highest possible score or close to the highest on a test is attained, in this case making a doubt of the test process. Dr Sanderson experiences the Cieling effect on her children and the exercise she carried out due to how they all reacted after the test.
