Answer: A scientific question contains a hypothesis that can be tested and proven to be true or false.

Which hospitals should receive money for brain cancer research? - this is a healthcare planning question, not so much a scientific question.

How many people believe brain cancer can be treated? - this would be a survey opinion on people's beliefs

Do foods that contain a high amount of fat cause brain cancer? - This is a scientific question.

Will brain cancer eventually be curable? - this is not a scientific question, but more of an article title.
