    Explanation:

    The Black Panthers who were also called 'Black Panther Party' was a political organization found by 'Huey Newton' and 'Bobby Seale'. They challenged the brutality of police against the African Americans.

    They dressed in black berets and black leather jackets and marched to protest against the Mulford Act that was pending.

    According to the Second Amendment of U. S. Constitution, African Americans could bear arms. So, Black Panthers organized troops which had armed citizens of Oakland and other U. S. cities.

    Their main aim was to protect African Americans from any brutality.
