Are minimum wage laws a better explanation for structural unemployment among teenagers or among college graduates

    Among teenagers because they are young and really can’t so much so it makes more sense if they get paid minimum wage rather then collage graduates because college graduates are adults and have to be more responsible but teenagers are teengaers, they aren’t mature enough.
