    I believe the answer is: Missing classes.

    Binge Drinking is most likely accompanied by socialization that would make the student stay up longer than they supposed to be.

    Small amount of sleeping time combined with the effect of alcohol on their system make them very unlikely to wake up on time to follow their class schedule.
