    Explanation:

Patricia has promised to sell the car for a price determined by her as valid. Albert was negotiating between Patricia and Zeke, unbeknownst to both of them, but once Zeke paid for Patricia's car she is obliged to hand over the car to the buyer as a sales contract has been made and the buyer has already fulfilled your part. The fact that Albert was Zeke's agent is irrelevant, since Zeke paid the amount requested by Patricia.
