    senate filibuster - it is refer to tactic to hold or delay the vote on any particular bill.

    House Rules Committee - it is committee that has main objective to consider the bill given from fiscal policy committee and decide the schedule about the consideration of committee on floor of parliament.

    Conference committee - it is basically a temporary committee form to solve the differences which came across during passing of any legislation on both houses.
