What type of trial is conducted without a jury, in which a judge makes the determination of the defendant's guilt or innocence?

    The type of trial is Bench trial

    This type of system is different from the jury system where the votes from the jury determine the defendant's guilt or innocence.

    The bench trial reduce the probabilty of misconviction because the judge's decision ted to be more connected to the formal regulation compared to the decision by juries.
