When you are ready to commit to a topic, the first strategy you should follow is identify an area of knowledge or an issue that deeply interests you. When you are working on a project or coming up with a new business idea, making sure it suits your interest is highly important. When you are working on something you are interested in, it typically goes much better because you are an expert in that subject area or you're more open to learning about it. Once you find something you're interested in, you can start research from there.
