Explain what is meant by the authors comment "behavior that's admired is the path of power among people everywhere

In this quote, it is said that behavior that is favorable by the majority will win the majority's approval. This does not mean that the behavior is good or bad or morally right or wrong. As long as it captures the hearts and intellect of the many, then this will gain everyone's approval and may be use for agenda accumulating power.
