One of your friends at work is complaining about an assignment given to him by his supervisor. he thinks the assignment is beneath him and he has decided to refuse to do it. what would you do?

    I would ask my work friend why he thinks the assigned task is beneath him. Then I would suggest he go talk to the supervisor and express his concerns regarding the task and see if the supervisor gave him the task for a specific reason. I would also tell him that just refusing to do the task is childish and if he's an adult with the ability to hold a job then maybe he should act like an adult and handle it like an adult.
