The new family structure described above is called an Extended Family.

When a family extends beyond the nuclear family, to consist of other members of the family (such as aunts, uncles, grandparents, and cousins, all living in the same household) besides the nuclear family (which is father, mother, and their children) then such a set up is called an Extended Family. This is also known as Joint Family.
