    Explanation:

Conflict is studied in Social fields like Sociology, Psychology and Social Psychology where it is highly understood that 2 or more individuals - (or groups) will interact in a way as to have different interests leading to a conflict that can produce hostile violent relationships.

The conflict theory also goes for organizations where workers experience different forms of hostility and thus social arrangements and political programs are designed to tackle them.

While Sociologist would likely favour a vision of conflict as "inheren" or "normal" Karl Marx suggested in the development of a dialectical History, psychologists would portray the conflict as an abnormal event.

The pursuit of interests generates various types of conflict

    1) Personal Conflict; 2) Group Conflict; 3) Task Conflict; 4) Relationship Conflict

Social Psychology would see mechanisms for solving the contrary parts that cause the conflict.
