Americanization is the cultural influence of American consumer culture of free market economies.

    Explanation:

The spread of American companies all over the world has also led to the expansion of American culture and its taking over the larger culture of the world through its vast economic reach.

This has led to the Americanization of many cultures which is in a sense product of the globalization that has occurred largely to the profit of USA.

This has led to a reaction in those cultures against the american way of life affirming their own traditional cultures over the western one. This is the process of anti Americanism.
