believe that stress is an individual's response to such an event. Still others believe

stress is an individual's perception of the event. Which definition of stress do you

agree with? Why?

    I personally, believe that stress is an individuals response to such an event.

    Explanation:

    Basically, after an individual has been through any problems or issues such as relationship issues, financial problems, death of loved ones etc. they find themselves in a stressful state or manner.
