Accidental sampling

This is a type of non-probability sampling, that includes proceeding with a population sample that is available at the moment or close at hand, instead of carefully obtained and determined. The accidental sampling is most benefited for pilot testing.

Advantage:

1. Cost and time-effective.

2. Easy to use and can be used when conducting probability sampling is not possible. such as working on a small population.
