    D. He dotes over her talents.

    Explanation:

Henry is very fond of his wife's talents. According to him, his wife knows to fix all the things. Henry has learnt from his wife by observing his wife doing things.

Henry believes that his wife knows the science behind all the things. She knows the proper laws and why and how the things have to be fix.

Henry claims that he does not know why a particular thing is fixed in such a way but knows how to fix them

Thus Henry is very confident about his wife's talent and knowledge.

This shows his love and devotion to his wife's talent.

    Thus the answer is

    D. He dotes over her talents.
