Individuals with rare and outstanding abilities and talents are more likely to succeed and this is seen everywhere in the world regardless of culture, religion or type of government. For instance individuals with good leadership skills always stand out and are more likely to lead likewise individuals with good business skills are more likely to be business moguls.
