Bomber plant opened only after World War II.

    Explanation:

The production of the Bomber plant began in 1943, and it had huge effect on Georgia's economic recovery. An amount of $73 million was invested by the country into the plant and there was around 28,158 people employed in that plant.

The government-owned plant was closed soon after the end of World War II and was idle until 1951. Then it was used by Georgia. The well-trained managers and laborers of the plant meticulously worked and proved themselves.

Georgia made a remarkable economic progress and was basically used by leaders to bring the country out of the Great Depression country was facing since 1930.
