    Certain features are used to represent the map. The color use is mostly consistent in different maps. Many maps have different features on the ground of the map.

    For instance, the blue color is always used for water. There are different colors for different aspects such as blue for water. There are physical world color, political map color, and the general - Interest maps. Choropleth map etc.
