Tina as a congresswoman tries to promote anti-discrimination laws for LGBT people. She wishes that there should not be any discrimination for the LGBT people so that they can run their home and feed themselves and their family by working in the organisations. The employers should not fire the LGBT people.

Tina should discuss this issue with the other colleagues as about loyalty to American citizens with anti-discrimination laws. By this more number of LGBT people will not loose their jobs and contribute to the economic of the country rather than be homelessness and jobless.
