What are chefs and other culinary workers around the world doing to encourage the consumption of insects?

    A couple of things that they did to promote it were:

    - They promote the massive nutrition benefit that contained in every serving of insects. For example, one serving of Grasshopper contains around 20 grams of protein, 6 gram of fats, and 35 gram of Carbohydrates.

    - They transform the insects in such a way that make them look appetizing (such grinding them into an energy bar)
