The Frequency of cardiorespiratory exercise depends upon the fitness level of an individual. A fit person can perform the exercise for a longer duration while an unfit person finds it difficult to do so.

Frequency i. e. no of the session is two for unfit and four for a fit person.

A fit person can do more vigorous exercise while the intensity is lower for an unfit person.

The cumulative result of this exercise should be such that an individual losses 200-300 kcal.
