    There are Windshield obstruction laws which regulate the usage of windshield which are needed, and need to be in place in order to have a safe ride. Some legislations ban the placements of articles, objects, or other devices on the windshields of vehicles.

    In the US, over half of states have windshielf obstructions laws. Some states prohibit signs, posters or stickers to be placed on the windshields. Others prohibit placement of religious objects, fuzzy dices or electronic devices. Also, cracks on the windshields are, depending on the state of the crack, allowed or not allowed, depending on the state you are in.
