    The United States Federal Government reorganize Native American tribes in order to provide them health-care assistance, economic aid, protection of burial grounds and other benefits; which is a lengthy and expensive procedure that many of them consider insulting due they have prove they are descendants of the original inhabitants of the continent.

    So far, there are 567 federally recognized nations, and from this list, the ones are: The Tunica-Biloxi Tribe, located in east central Louisiana, The Choctaw descendants are also enrolled; and the Choctaw Nation in Southeastern Oklahoma is also recognized.

    Also from the list, the Muscogee Nation based in Oklahoma from the Southeastern Woodlands is recognized too, a. k. a. Muskogean and Natchez, due the spoken languages; although they refer to themselves as "Este Mvskokvlke".
