John believes that his neighbor is going to build a new fence that will block all the sunlight coming onto his property and destroy his prizewinning rosebushes. John has seen the plans for the fence and has been told by several other neighbors that the fence will be built within the next three months. Can John file suit against his neighbor at this time

    Yes, John can file suit agianst his neighbour over the issue.

    Explanation:

    Houses built all over the world do follow a standard laid down plan that try to accomodate the needs of all individuals involved. That is why, in any given neighbourhood, there is a specific way which all the houses going to be found would be built and in most cases with little or no fence.

    For John's new neighbour to plan to build a new fence that will block all the sunlight shows that it would be a long fence and on the long run, he is not going to follow the laid down master plan for building in that Estate.

    This singular act is enough ground for John to file a law suit against his neighbour inorder to restore sanity in the environment.
