    The governments in Europe and the United States are majorly different from each other.

    Explanation:

    The government of the United States is a recognized functional democracy with a federal structure in place, whereas, the countries in the continent of Europe have either of centralized republic governments, constitutional monarchies, or federal republic governments (similar to the US). The only governments in the continent of Europe that are similar to that of the United States are of Germany and Austria.
